Many people take out a gym membership but pass up the option to hire a personal trainer, thinking it unnecessary. However, if you are serious about attaining your fitness goals in the quickest possible time and in the most efficient manner, hiring a personal trainer may be worth the added expense. Though a personal trainer can't replace a physiotherapist it is the next best thing while you are training.
